It would definitely be possible to detach the viewport of the app into a second browser window that can dragged onto another monitor. That way you'd have the UI controls on one screen and the preview image on another. I'm not sure how output through video monitoring cards works. Do you have any insight on how that generally works or any references I can dig into? Sounds like an interesting use case for sure!
@monokee I suppose there should be some APIs that Blackmagic and AJA provide to
access their cards. But I'm not sure, that browser will be able to use them.

@dmitriy yes, most definitely. Second monitor via separate tab/window is possible though and I'm planning to add support for that as it sounds very useful.
Merged in a post:
@luis1066 - no browser currently supports the required APIs to output an image through SDI.
Possible Workaround...
(...and please tell me if that's stupid because I really don't know much about this)
It should be possible to use OBS Studio with the Virtual Camera Plugin to stream the Color.io Viewport through an IO device.
The apps seems amazing but for me it's unusable if the output can't be in a Monitored pipeline via a decklink or Ultrastudio.
It's impossible to do proper look dev work without working with a monitored signal and display.
Also, for your contraste curve to be workable, you need to provide an option to preserve middle grey in the tonal curve.
So that the look can provide consistent results accross the scene.
Overall, everything looks promising and we need this puch toward pro grading workflow.
The ultimate goal would be a pluggin solution on resolve.
Great work allready,
Best
