Do you have an ODT after the LUT that goes from ACEScct to sRGB or whatever your output device is?
To be clear, you need:
Additionally, make sure to use ACES 1.3. Also, the IDT needs to have Reference Gamut Compression enabled to perfectly match the preview you're seeing in Color.io.

@monokee Yes, I have ODT to rec709.

@dmitriy and your ODT in color.io is also set to rec709, not sRGB? The contrast difference in your example images looks like the difference between sRGB and rec709 so maybe that is the problem.
@monokee Yes. And that was I thought also, but it is rec709. I will try one more

By the way: There are many "errors" in the ACEScct LUTs:
NaN NaN NaN
NaN NaN NaN
NaN NaN NaN
What does this mean?
( Browser Firefox )
( Preview IDT S-Log3.cine ODT Rec.709) or ...
( Preview IDT ACEScct ODT Rec.709)
( Export ACEScct x64 LUT )
If i export with the PREVIEW settings everything is fine.
@frank oh NaN! That's definitely a bug. Thanks for spotting it.
