Hi @jan1077 - enabling ICC device link export is something I've been looking into for a while because I agree that it would open up many interesting use cases. I haven't made much progress yet as the conversion from LUT based systems to ICC isn't as straight forward and comes with a number of potential caveats that I haven't fully figured out.
For now I think the best way to integrate Color.io into a Capture One workflow is by exchanging full resolution 16-bit lossless PNGs in Display P3 color space. The workflow would be very similar to the recommended Lightroom workflow outlined here: https://www.color.io/user-guide/create-luts-for-adobe-lightroom
One helpful feature that is often overlooked is Color.io's ability to render full res PNGs to the clipboard for fast image transfer: Just right-click on the viewport and select "Render to clipboard" then paste into C1.
When C1 is set to work in Display P3, and Color.io has both Input and Output Color Space set to Display P3, you're now exchanging lossless images in a wide working gamut.
Definitely keeping this open as I believe ICC export should be possible to do in the future.
How's this one coming along? :)
Fylm.ai has the feature now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMsMcfJi2Es&t=150s
Not that i would want to use the software in general
