Cannot open .CR2 files on the website using an iPhone or iPad

Hello First of all, thank you very much for creating such a wonderful website. I am currently actively testing it. I found that I cannot open .CR2 files on the website using an iPhone or iPad, but I can import them normally on a MacBook. Files shot with the iPhone camera can be imported normally. Is there a problem with the website settings? Thank you.
